Throw Down® is a unique dance fitness format developed by Fly Dance Fitness®. If you’re a positive, energetic, fun person who has a love for dance, fitness, and inspiring others this certification training is for you!
Instructor Certifications are intended for those outside of Sarasota, FL who want to bring this energy to their area.

Self-paced course
Initial Instructor Certification Training $299

Effective July 2024 we have broken out the Instructor Training and Certification into three installments.

A one-time payment of $199 will grant you access to our training portal.

Upon certification, a one-time payment of $100 completes your training and grants you access to our custom Instructor Portal. Once certified, there is a $149 annual fee to maintain access to our portal. The $199 fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Instructors are also required to subscribe to our video library to access our routines. This is a $30/month subscription that begins 30 days after signing up for the library. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Each participant of the Fly Dance Fitness® Certification Program will be required to review and execute a Fly Dance Fitness® Instructor License Agreement as a condition of entry and participation.
